This is an original, authentic, screen-used game board box from the motion picture JUMANJI. This is a cast foam “carry board”. This board was used in scenes where the actors (usually Robin Williams) had to walk outdoors or move around in the set with the closed Jumanji game. The hero boards that were used for close shots were made of wood and were quite heavy….

Uscito al cinema il 14 febbraio 1996 e con un cast notevole che includeva Robin Williams e Kirsten Dunst, Jumanji aveva una trama abbastanza particolare.
“Durante una partita di Jumanji, un gioco molto antico, il giovane Alan è catapultato, davanti agli occhi della sua amica d’infanzia, Sarah, in un paese strano. Non potrà più uscirne finchè l’altro giocatore non riprenderà la partita e lo libererà. Ventisei anni dopo i colpi di scena del gioco irromperanno nella realtà con l’aiuto di due giovani giocatori”.
Quello messo all’asta è uno dei tre modelli che Michael Besman aveva offerto a Joe Johnston Sketchbook, il negozio di souvenir on-line del regista, durante la post-produzione. Il gioco è stato messo adesso asta.
